Quick Update

We are in our new house! After a stressful week leading up to closing and a few set backs, we finally closed on Friday morning and moved on Saturday morning. I absolutely love our new house and I've been working frantically to get it put together before baby time. Jared had to go back to work in Vidor this week, so I think he's going to be surprised how much I've done when he gets back :) I think the secret to not being so so so miserable the last few weeks of a pregnancy is to move during that time. I have been feeling great for the most part and although I feel myself slowing down... I'm still moving pretty good for being so pregnant. I saw my new doctor and I was overwhelmingly impressed. He pulled me into his office and had a 20 minute interview, I guess you could call it, about my medical history and past pregnancies. There was practically no wait to get in and he and his staff were just incredibly helpful. I am scheduled to be induced a week from today, August 6th! Its about 5 days before my due date (this doctor moved my due date up from what the ultrasound had said), but I was dialated to a 2 as of last Monday... so I feel ok about doing it early. Jared starts his school orientation the following Wednesday, so this gives him time to be in the hospital with me and to help with the kids for a little bit before he has to start school. Anyway - I'll post pics of the house soon. I just wanted to update that we were here and things are working out with Avalyn (yes, we've decided on that name). The kids are getting excited to meet her and they too are enjoying the new house. They especially like riding their jeeps and bikes in the cul-de-sac, walking to the mailbox, and walking to the nearby park. They've met a few new friends and that has been good for them. OK - pics coming soon!
